Sports in the Region
Cycling
The "Le Marche" region is Italy's undiscovered jewel. For cyclists, this area is an absolute must! The temperature in spring and autumn is ideal for longer or shorter bike tours. Well-signposted paths lead through numerous villages and beautiful landscapes. The region features rolling hills with constant ups and downs.
Motorcycling
The Marche region is situated roughly in the middle of the peninsula, between the Apennines and the Adriatic coast. Magnificent panoramic roads, constantly going up and down through numerous curves, always offering beautiful views of secluded bays and enchanting landscapes.
Hiking
In the west of the region, the Apennines offer numerous excellent hiking opportunities. The Monti Sibillini, rising up to 2,500m, are an ideal hiking region. The Grande Anello dei Sibillini is one of Italy's most beautiful long-distance hiking trails.
